What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a healing system which uses muscle testing to assess both the function of your nervous system and appropriate therapeutic responses. Kinesiology muscle testing is a biofeedback method used to uncover challenges in the body which can be caused by physiological, psychological, and anatomical stressors – and then address them. Therapeutic responses can include body work, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, reflex and acupressure points, emotional processing, and lifestyle changes.
We primarily use a specific Kinesiology technique called Applied Kinesiology, which is the most rigorous of all the various types of Kinesiology. Applied kinesiology practitioners must have already completed a masters degree in health science before they can undertake postgraduate qualifications in Applied Kinesiology.
